As small business owners we talk about burnout often. Whether it’s discovered in the grind of our day to day operations or experienced in our crazy schedules that allow for little down time, burnout. is. real.
With this being our SIXTH Flourish session I started to struggle with what’s next? The burnout I was experiencing stemmed from knowing that what we’ve done in the past was fine. Why try and fix something if it’s not broke?
When you’ve done something six times in a row it’s easy to settle into the expected. The same personalized gifts, the same cute drink stirrers we’ve used before, but at this workshop I challenged myself to reinvent those special personalized details that make our workshops so memorable. I threw caution to the wind and in the end was able to create an all new Flourish experience unlike anything we’ve hosted before.
Before I get into all the pretty details that were perfectly captured by our friend Elizabeth Haase, I’d love to call attention to our dream team of partners who made this day possible. Also, scroll to the bottom of this post to find out about our all new workshop happening this May! We hope to see you there!
